Ordering Information & Our Terms and Conditions

Ordering online from UKADogGear is easy. All card transactions take place on a secure server and we accept all major Credit and Debit cards.

Just add the required items(s) to your shopping basket and follow the prompts displayed.

On receipt of your order, you will be given a reference and an email receipt. Your goods will then be dispatched as soon as possible (usually within 48 hours for items currently in stock).

Ordering by Post
If you would like to order by post, simply send us your order together with your full address and contact telephone number, complete with a cheque or postal order made payable to 'UKADogGear  for the correct amount in POUNDS STERLING. The address to send your order to is:

Ordering by Telephone
Credit or debit card payments can also be processed by Telephone. Just call our order line on +44 (0)1242 673008  9am-8pm

Delivery Charges
Our normal delivery charge is £3.95 for parcels up to 30kg delivered from stock normally in ten working days.

An express service is available for stock items, delivery within two working days, at a total charge of £6.95. (Up to or for each 30 kilos)

For small items that we are able to post recorded delivery, the charge is only £2.95 but is solely at our discretion.

We want you returning regularly so we will always keep the cost to the minimum.

Most orders can be arranged to be delivered free of delivery charges to UK Agility Shows. Please contact us at enquiries@UKADogGear.com

When products are currently in stock, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours. However, if any items are not currently in stock, delivery may be delayed. Please therefore allow up to 28 days. We aim to keep you informed via email of the progress of your order. If you require an update at any stage though, please do not hesitate to contact our sales team at enquiries@UKADogGear.com

Part shipping of orders is done at our own discretion.

Backorders
We keep as much as possible of what is on-line in stock. Most items that are out of stock arrive within a week or two. All backorders are shipped within 48 hours of their receipt. If a backordered item is arriving within 48 hours, we will hold the order until it arrives. There are times when items that are manufactured for us take longer than normal to arrive. These items offer the delivery times in the individual product information section.

Return and Refund Policy
We will replace any of our items if it has a defect, a replacement will be shipped to you upon receipt of the faulty item. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. PART OF THE VALUE OF AN ITEM IS ITS METHOD OR SECRET, please be careful when selected an item for purchase. If you have any questions regarding a prop or effect, please contact us and we will do our best to answer your questions. Any returned goods must be unused and in saleable condition in the original packaging.

A 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO THOSE CUSTOMERS WHERE EXCEPTIONS ARE MADE REGARDING THE RETURN OF AN ITEM NOT DEEMED AS DEFECTIVE. Only authorized returns will be accepted. If returning a product to us, please email enquiries@UKADogGear.com with the details before doing so.

Our Website Security
Your details will not be passed on to any third parties. We may, however, periodically email you with information relating to this website and any forthcoming affiliated sites. If you wish to be removed from any mailing lists, please contact our sales team.

For security purposes, all online credit card transactions are captured and encrypted using a secure server. We use HSBC to securely process your card payment offline.
